1996 suzuki 115 EFI engine cuts off when giving throttle to plain off

"Engine runs a little rough at idle, when i give it throttle to take off and plain it cuts off,but starts right back up\no problem. I've checked plugs, fuel, fuel pressure, fuel lines, compression,;fire on all cylinders. I'm thinking it may be some kind of sensor problem. Does anyone have an idea of what may be causing this?"

"Idle air control valve? Don't know, but sometimes on Honda's it helps if you remove this valve and clean out the gunk in it. On a Honda it is easy to get to - a 5 minute operation."
