Hoping to get some input on why engine stalls when reaching 22rpm's, changed fuel pump, checked fuel filters, any ideas?

Anti siphon valves can cause that issue. They are in fuel line on top of tank. Maybe a partially clogged vent tube?

A lot will be driven by what "stalls" means...could be fuel restriction or an ignition issue...either way, more diagnosis is needed.

Thanks I discovered it is in the computer I bypassed it and engine ran fine so I'll be replacing it
