Hi guys, I need some help. I have a 1996- 9.9 Mariner 4 stroke that has begun to leak gas from under what I think is the accellerator pump? I do not have a manual and a neighbor called it that. I beleive the throttle linkage arm goes into the bottom of it. Anyway, it drips gas so I took it to the local Merc repair shop and they told me parts are no longer available and I was SOL. I spent all last night seaching the web and I had no luck locating a repair kit. The motor serial #0H007438. The guy at the marina told me it was made in Japan. Does anyone have any idea where I can check to find parts for it? The motor is just like new and I would like to get it repaired. Thanks for your time.
