So when I put the boat in the water it runs like a top the first time every time until I shut it off. After shutting the motor off and back on When I go to increase speed again I can throttle down and it will not rev up or go anywhere near max speed. I tried new gas with some sea foam and cleaned the carbs but still have the same issue. I thought maybe the bulb has a crack but why would it run so well the first time I run it? Any insight will be greatly appreciated!
