"Model J115eleo.towards end of last season my tach started to bounce on full throttle. first time out this year no rpms on tach and not chargeing battery. changed out rect/reg. now I have rpm at 1,000 but bounces at fullthrottle,battery is charging. motor runs fine.I'm afraid of burning up new part"
