1995 90 HP Evinrude OceanPro Tachometer and Voltmeter not working

I have a 1995 Boston Whaler with 3 gauges on the dash panel. The Tachometer, and Voltmeter are dead with no lights and no readings, and the tilt/trim gauge has power (is lit when lights are on)but it is pegged in the upward position when the motor is on. I am looking for some help with the repair procedures to get these working again. Thank you

The gauge lights are wired on the same circuit so you could have two burnt lamps. You are going to have to look under the dash to see if the ground is good to the gauges.
