1995 15 horse with issues

i can only get the motor to ru

i can only get the motor to run for like 2 seconds after spraying some wd40 into the carb. i have removed the fuel line and pumped the bulb and gas is coming out of the overflow hole in the carb so i know gas is getting to the carb. why cant my gas make it through the carb and give me combustion?

what i meant was i took the fu

what i meant was i took the fuel supply line off and pumped the bulb to make sure i didnt have a fuel line obstruction between the carb and the filter.

anybody know the point gap for a 62 18hp johnson . Micen got into my shop cabinet chewed up my book."
