1994 115HP 2+2 Blowing 20amp fuse

Hi, i am seeing that motor blows a fuse (20 amp) inline with a red wire only AFTER it fully starts. The boat continues to run, but the fuse is blow and i lose all trim etc.
If i dont turn the boat off, it continues on running, but i cannot start the boat back up without replacing a fuse.

Any ideas or suggestion as to where i should start looking?
 
If you replace the fuse after the engine is running does it blow again or does everything remain operating? Can you tell how long the fuse lasts after start or is it blowing really during start? What that is on the engine itself stops working with the fuse burnt if anything. Trying to get an idea where to tell you to start other than look for wires that could short out by touching something that moves during start up. Oops, you said it won't start without the fuse will it turn over and not start or do you get nothing?
