While preparing and checking the engine to go out with my kids, I noticed that the fuel gauge wasn't working, I pulled the gage out and accidentally the wires got together causing the engine to stop, after cruising through the web, I followed a recommendation.
I disconnected the hardness from the engine and bypassed the solenoid,but nothing happened,then I I put a jump between the main red wire and the starter and BANG!!!!,
with the ignition switch off I connected the hardness and the engine died, I tried again but this time with the switch on and the engine didn't stopped but the gauges wasn't working, so I turned off the engine by the switch, stopped missing with it.I said is time to look for help. I think is the solenoid, but not sure.
