1992 Mariner 150hp magnum no fire on #1 #3 #5 cylinders.

Having trouble figuring out why I can't get my #1 #3 #5 cylinders to fire I've changed power packs, voltage regulators and checked coils. I'm at a loss I've currently got my flywheel pulled and am going to check my stator and trigger. Just looking for some advice if anyone has had a similar issue.

Hard to believe that engine can run with powerpacks on the work bench.----Any pictures of these powerpacks ?

You are right it's voltage regulators not the power pack I apologize for the confusion. I edited my post to clear that up.

So the trigger tested good but ohm testing my stator I got-
Red white to ground 108.2
Red to ground 107.8
Blue white to ground 3.74
Blue to ground 3.78
I have minimal understanding of the stator testing but from what I've read I should be reading much higher on the blue/white to ground and the blue to ground am I correct?
When I say blue white or red white I'm meaning blue with white stripe and red with white stripe.
I'm also testing with the stator and wiring completely removed from the motor I'm testing to the ground wire coming out of the stator.
