Please be more specific and post pictures if you have to. One simply can't go with what you posted.
I am assuming you are talking about the "Crankcase Drain Hose" if so this drains or route excessive lube used for the upper and lower bearings and drains to the air silencer only to be sucked in the carbs and burn off ! Going out on a leaf here !!
