1990 Johnson 88hp Starts and stops

Hi, I have a 1990 Johnson 88hp outboard that will start but dies instantly. It leaks fuel from the upper carb when priming the fuel bulb. It ran fine last year! need help! Thanks!

Float valve needs attention.----Possibly stuck.----Easy fix.

Float valves are fine and have been cleaned so that wasn't the issue. Fuel pump, fuel lines, choke, spark plugs and gas all seems good. Running out of ideas. Any thoughts?

Go through the upper carb again. You missed something. It's not supposed to leak !
