1989 force 150 trim

trim stuck won't go down piston not moving. clean? add oil? anyone had this problem?

Stuck in the up position??? Loosen the front hyd. line. Be careful as the system can have a lot of pressure built up in the lines.
Safety glasses, gloves.
Then try to figure out what's wrong??? The relays could have dirty contacts or they could be bad?
The electric motor could have bad/dirty contacts?
Get the test light out and get busy.

Some of the motors have a manual release not sure about the 150

when you try to use the trim up/down buton do you hear a click? that is the relays trying to work

No Forces before the mid 90's had a release.
Then Mercury took over and put a release on a few models.
But to date no way other than open the front Hyd. line to release the pressure.
