Im having issues with my motor. When I hit it full throttle it gets up and goes pretty good and runs fine for a little while, but after running it wide open for a little bit it starts to act funny. It seems like its reving up and down kind of sparatic and my boat starts to loose speed. Usually i just throttle down to about half throttle and it runs fine no problem, but whenever i hit it hard again it will do the same thing and today it even shut off as i throttled down. Anybody out there have any ideas for this? please help

-compression is good, my gas oil ratio is good
 
How old is the fuel? Do you use Stabil in it when stored? What happens if you squeeze the primer pump bulb? It isn't going flat is it?
 
It's supoosed to. Look for an air leak in the hose connections. You might also need to change the fuel pump diaphragm.
