1987 Johnson 90hp no charge

My motor doesn't appear to be putting off any charge to the battery. Tested it with a multi meter and I get nothing but the batteries neutral voltage. I've looked at and cleaned all the connections coming from the stator. Anything I should try before replacing it?
 
Well, pulled out the multimeter and tested the stator out.

Port side readings were w-g 31.4 ohms w-b 28.9 ohms g-b 60.1 ohms.

Starboard side was w-g 31.3 ohms, w-b 28.9 ohms, g-b 59.8 ohms.

Trigger stator was 533ohms on both side.

All those numbers sound decent to me so I don't think the stator is the problem. I'm leaning towards the regulator/rectifier. Not sure how to test it but I'm sure I'll find out.
