1987 90 HP Evinrude V4

I have a 1987 Evinrude V4 90 HP motor. I have recently had my VRO pump removed, and replaced it with a regular fuel pump. It was running great for about 5 weeks. Now it will start fine, and idle fine for the most part but when you open it up it will get on plane and then bog down. It seems like it not getting fuel. I know a few weeks ago I got my mixture a little richer than the usual 50 to 1. I have tried changing plugs, hooked it up to a portable 6 gallon gas tank, but nothing seems to help. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!
 
pump your fuel bulb when you are trying to get up on plane and see if that works, if so, it's the fuel pump, if not you need to check (clean) the carbs.
