had spark plugs out to check spark and noticed while cranking motor the two bottom cylinders were spitting quite a bit of fuel out. we could'nt get it started prior to that. after confirming we had good spark in all cylinders we re-installed the plugs tried one more time and it started. now this is a new powerhead and i am running 50-1 in the tank plus the vro mix. would a bad needle valve or a stuck float cause the amount of fuel in the two cylinders and the hard to start condition?
