"I have a 4 horse mercury (1986)motor. It wasn't started for abot 14 years, I clean the carb and replace the impeller,last season and it started right up, I ran it for a couple hours and it work fine for the exception of blowing blue smoke.I tried to start it this season and it wouldn't start.I cleaned the carb bowl and float after that,it started up, I ran it for two hours with no problems it still blew heavy blue smoke, I tried to start it today and again it wouldn't start, I had to clean the carb bowl and float, it started up and blew smoke again, it ran for about ten mintues and stopped. I couldn't get it started again.the carb was floading ,how can I correct these problems? I used fogging oil in it. Bud"
