1986 evinrude tilt

I have a 1986 Evinrude Motor having a slight problem with the tilt it works ok but the motor slowly goes down may take 5 mins to go right down . I have a special Tilt on the right hand side of the motor, model TALON IND and wondering if parts are still available and where can I obtain them from and does anybody know if it's a major problem to repair. There are no oil leaks outside. I am attaching a photo of it.I was told from a dealer that this is a genuine Evinrude pump. cheers TonyView attachment 6732View attachment 6731

A 1986 what?
Does the electric motor run at a normal speed or is it running abnormally slow?
Is this a two wire or a three wire electric motor?

yes it runs at normal speed , it is a three wire motor will go up normal but it will gradually go back down again within 7 mins and runs off 12 V. chhers Tony
