1986 Evinrude 140 HP remote question

I'm trying to remove the remote in order to fix my power trim switch. I can't figure out how to remove the throttle handle from the spline. I looked for a screw under the handle but didn't see one. Does anyone know if I just pri the handle off the spline? or is there a set screw of some sort holding this lever on.

There is a socket head screw in the back off the handle / box,----------Asking question is always better then the " hammer and chisel approach "

Remove control box from its mounting. Remove allen screw from the back portion of the box that retains the handle. Screw in a long 1/4x20 threaded bolt into the threaded area the allen screw came out of. Belt the head of that bolt with a hammer to jar loose the handle. Remove that long bolt.
