I took it out to the river and it runs 4000 rpms and should be be running 4300.I went back home and checked my spark,compression,and checked my main jets on carbs.I put some ring free in it the last time i took it out and now it smokes like crazy sometimes and some times it dont at an idle.What will cause it to smokesome times and not other times,could i be my primer?
