It would sound like it was either getting too little or too much fuel. While working on it today I was just checking things on the motor and found the carburetor linkage just laying on the motor. When I reconnected it I was able to unhook the top carb to test and it still ran good. Could the "loss" of one of the carbs cause this bogging down?
