1983 E140trlcte WOT Timing Specs

Looking to verify WOT timing on an '83 V4 140hp. FSM says "see air intake cover" lol....it's almost 40 years old and the sticker is gone. Can someone verify what the range is. I'm thinking 28* +/- 1* but I'm not sure. The crossflows did take a ton of timing but I'm not trying to replace the power head lol.

That sounds correct.----Timing on these does not go out of adjustment.

correct. But I need to verify tdc as well as total timing.
