1982 Johnson 115 carb question

Hello all,
Looking for some guidance on a carb question. I recently had fuel leak problems from both carbs. In trying to tap out the old plastic pieces I broke both, bought two used bowls from eBay and now it seems to be running rich. There are 2 screws on each side of the carbs. My question is which one does what and what is the adjustment process for them? Any help or guidance is appreciated greatly, thank you in advance.

I do not believe there are any mixture adjusting screws on these carburetors !!!

On these engines, the mixture is controlled by fixed orifices. Nothing to adjust. The high speed orifice is located in the bottom of the fuel bowl, behind the big
screw in plugs. If you changed the bowl, you need to take the high speed orifice from the old bowl and put it in the new one. The new one likely has no orifice at all, hence you flooding issue.
