Trying to figure out how to get the needle bearing out of the forward gear to out a new bearing in?

Don t understand how u can press the veneering out the end shown in the diagram when there is a lip over the end of the bearing as shown in the pic

Some will argue.----I would use a Dremel grinder.---Remove the needles.----Then split the shell so that bearing falls out.

Use a chisel that fits inside the bearing tapered end in, then drive it out.
Or find a socket that fits inside the gear hole and rests on the bearing outer race and tap it out.
