1977 Johnson 70 hp 70EL77S - are these compression readings ok?

100 - top cylinder
100 - middle cylinder
130 - bottom cylinder

They are not great compression #s it may or may not run right. I would pull the head off to take a look see at 2 and 3.

Take cylinder head off.----Something is wrong.-----Modern motors in good condition have the same compression on each cylinder.
