The motor worked great including the electric start. The motor got submerged in fresh water and took a day to rescue.
When I got it home I cleaned the carb and took out the spark plugs and made sure the pistons moved freely. All that is fine and no issues turning over freely. Cant get it to crank up tho. The electric start was turning over great but now that wont work. I do not know if it is the starter relay or the starter and I am not sure where to look for no spark. Should I start by testing the stator or cdi box?
