1976, 70 HP Johnson, fires, will not start

I have a 70 HP Johnson (1976), that will not start. I got fuel and compression to all three cylinders. I have spark (Kind of weak) and all the engine does is turn over.

Your spark should jump a 7/16" open air gap on a spark tester. Don't waste your time if you're checking it with the spark plugs.
