1976 115 idle adjustment

I can't find any info or vids.Whats the process for setting timing and idle on 76 Evinrude 115??Mine idles too slow,hard to start sometimes.Good compression,carbs been rebuilt,new plugs.

Haha yours is too low while mine is too high... only thing I’ve found is the screw for the idle on the right side hahahaha. Mine also bogs and chugs if I turn the screw for lower rpms... blah.
I’m also 70% sure one of my cylinders is messed. Old owner has compression test numbers and one says...30 hahaha.
