I need someone to explain the trick of installing a new plastic bushing #53 on diagrams -- part# 0314002 bushing in the throttle timing shift arm. The old one was worn and mangled from an over tightened shoulder bolt and will not go back in so a new one was purchased. How in the world does the bushing go in. Neither one will fit back in the spot they are same diameter and part.
