"After putting the motor in the shop and going in circles with the Evinrude dealer, could not get anything done to the motor unless I called, then I would find out what they had found this went on for three weeks. Gave up today, picked up the boat, I took it straight to the lake (20' pontoon)an put it in the lake I can get only 3000 rpm with a surge to 3300 at WOT. The shop replaced a spun prop I have a new 13-3/4" 13P surely this is not too much prop. How or can I improve WOT/speed/performance? Compression is 120, 135, 125. Carbs rebuilt/cleaned by me and again by shop."
