1975 4 Hp Evinrude 4506A Electric Starter

An older friend of mine with rotator cuff issues has a 1975 4 Hp Evinrude 4506A. He has a struggle pulling the rope starter. Has anybody retrofit an electric starter to one of these?

There was never an electric start for the 4 and 6 hp motors in 1975.----9.9 / 15 HP did offer them.----Sell it , and find a MERCURY 6 hp with electric start.-----Or with time / ingenuity / money maybe you can fit a lawnmower starter on the 4 HP motor.
