The motor is a 1974 40HP Evinrude #40455s. I went to Shop Evinrude to find the availability of 2 damaged hoses(Part #'s 0317252 and 0317251) The diagram designates them as part #47 and 48. The catalog indicates "dealer install only" Can I use the yellow fuel tubing used on many small gas engines today or is this something that requires a specific type of material???
