" i have had the carbs rebuilt and cleaned, new points, and still is doggie at 1/4 throttle and does'nt whine out completely. at idle and between 1/4 and full throttle, it runs great! could this be because i'm running traditional plugs instead of the factory recommended surface gap plugs? "
