1973 85hp evinrude 4 cylinder

I have a 1973 85hp outboard engine,it seems to be running on just three cylinders but have spark on all four plugs and did a compression test and its around 120 psi. what is the problem and can someone help.

Hi Kevin,Is the plug wet with gas and oil on that cylinder?What color is the spark,it should be a blue color.if it isorange or yellow then spark is week.
 
You may have a problem in one carburetor or with a reed valve !---------------Do not run the motor any more untill it is sorted out !!--------Remember no fuel going in for a prolonged period means NO OIL EITHER !!
