1971 9.8 merc 110 idle speed

I've got a 9.8 that I've been working on. Replaced the baffle gaskets,both of the ones under the powerhead/adapter plate, replaced the waterjacket gasket around the sparkplugs, replaced the white insulator blocks, high speed coil, set the points, swapped the lower unit and had to swap the shift shaft, sprayed some paint on the tailshaft and I know I'm missing something. What's the rpm range on this motor. Thanks

Motor is running good just need the specs for tuning

I don't know about top end but idle is set in F gear, boat moving at around 650 which is fast enough to remain running after shifting and not too fast to cause clunking when shifting.
