I just cleaned out the card. n

I just cleaned out the card. new plugs
I have good spark. Can this be my problem when i pump the ball on the gas tank and it gets hard i can see gas squirting out where it connects to the gas line at the motor. And it has no power when i give it the gas And the motor is shakeing and mising. But it starts every time one pull.
