"I've got a 1999 175 Johnson, no spark on 3 cylinders on 1 side, I'm in Venezuela, so any help would bw greatlyb appreciated before any Venezuelan 'mechanics' touch it."

May not be the ignition but th

May not be the ignition but the 'shift interrupt switch' located at stb side of the engine. Disconnect its ground wire and see if it helps. Note: If you remove it the engine gets very hard to get out of gear!
