150 ox66 starting issues

First time in this forum. I have a 150 ox66 2001. My motor started and run perfectly. My problem start when I turn it off for refueling or in an Island. It did not start and I need to wait 30 to 45 minutes and it start and runs without problems. The VST and os2 filters are clean , low pressure pump are new and all maintenance done. Not sure if this is an electrical or gas issue.
