120 mercruiser froze up

I bought this as a project and here we go. Engine is seized, head is off, no way to try and turn it over by hand.
I have it soaking with mmo.
HOW can I roll it over??
1970 Dorsett, 20ft, 120 merc.

Ayuh,.... Take it out of the boat, 'n haul it to a Machine Shop,.....

In a few days, they'll call ya, 'n tell ya whether there's any salvageable parts,......
Or Not,...

Pull the Drive,....
Then pull the motor,....

It's easier to work on, on a Stand,.....

You are correct, I just talked to my marine mechanic and that is exactly what he said.

By the way, I did find out it is a140 and not a 120
