I thought I was pretty good at working on my outboard. I put new plugs, wires , and added new fuel. I since put new bowls on the carbs, and installed new kits in them. Motor runs great at top end but does not idle right. coughs some and sounds like it loading up. I adjusted the four carbs several times but nothing helps. took the carbs back off to be sure they were clean and that I had not missed something . nothing seems to help. engine starts up good and runs great at full throttle but idles rough and will finally go dead. ????????
