I was heading to offshore island yesterday and the weather turned for the worst so it was a very rough trip , after 1 hour of on off throttle motor started to surge as if fuel starved . Hand primer bulb was sometimes going flat I managed to get to the island .today alot calmer seas but motor still surging and waterpump not jetting like it should. Help !

If primer is going flat,the primer is done or more likely,there is a blockage at the pick up in the tank or in the line before the primer bulb
