The other day i took the tinnie out and it was running great, then half way through the trip, it suddenly dropped revs to about half speed ( just planing) and wouldnt rev any harder. I stopped , checked the fuel line , and it seemed fine, proceeded to take off, and the motor was SUPER doughy ( stabbed it and it took about 10 seconds to reach half speed at which it stayed and wouldnt go harder) . I took it into the shop, got it serviced and told them about it. They said all cyl were firing fine and couldnt find fault the motor. I took it out yesterday and from the word go it was just real doughy and having a tough time even reaching half speed. Its a 3cyl 2 stroke merc 40hp, its 07' model red band.
Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated
