Has anyone run across the ctp sensor fault? And found fix?

You have to buy complete throttle body to get switch.

Yes---I know that.----There must be some of these assemblies available used.---Do you know if every year was the same or not ?

The df 40 and 50 Suzuki (Johnson) motors , from '03 thru '11 , I think.
Yes I found a used throttle body for $50 compared to new. $ 180-250. It's just a n/c with button pushed in , and open when button is released. The manual says not to try and adjust, they are set at factory. That's why u u can't buy switch. Found out that's not problem. M.E.D.S. program says check connection and check LG/r wire for continuity from switch to female pin socket at ecm. Found out I'm getting 11.5 volts to LG/r wire . Obviously almost all ecm send only 5v. Don't have a spare ecm to try.
