1970 sears 5hp help needed

"I recently bought a 1970 Sear

"I recently bought a 1970 Sears 5hp outboard model# 217/58521. I am trying to find a parts list for this motor and a repair manual as well. I am a bit confused about it's method of cooling,I have been told it is air cooled, but I noticed a small water intake just above the prop and a couple small holes farther up on the lower unit. I ran the motor for a minute in a bucket of water and never saw any water circulation.

I would like to repair if it is actually broken, if anyone has part number list for this motor or an Eska cross reference that I can use that would be great.
I would like to find the following parts:
Prop and hardware
points and condensor
carb kit
column gasket set
engine gasket set
impeller???

"on this motor the water pump only cools the mid section and the exaust, it does not cool the head, the head and motor is air cooled...
not sure but you may find help here..www.laingsoutboards.com/reference_library.htm sounds like the water pump is not working.\
