"I took this fuel pump apart a couple weeks ago.
The diaphram (wrong one but it will work) finally came in, but now I cant remember where the little springs and top hats for the springs go.
This is not the little square pump. This is the tall pump.
Does anybody have a link to a diagram showing how to get this little thing back together?
Also, can you decode the numbers to tell me if I have a 9.2, 9.5 or a 9.9, and what year is it?"

There is a number of places you can still get parts. You can start by getting ahold of Andrew who moderates this site - his business carries quite a few.

I need the DIAGRAM of how those two springs go into that pump.

Thanks for Joe and Andrew's links though.
I have two more of these little 9.5's that have the square pump. I many need parts for them when I get around to fixing those two.

Has this larger fuel pump been grafted onto my motor?
