"The engine looks like new however I just cant seem to get her running like I want. Comp 105,105,107cold. The plugs get fouled way to much, the outboard seems to run 2 cold. Could the timming be off enough for the poor running condition. I did see a white mark at 33o is this from the previous owner. Anyone know what timing should be.
