I work on Many different motors, many of them Diesels....
So,...
I built a Pressure Tank for pre-lubing motors...
What I do is fill my tank with whatever oil it'll be using,...
Attach the oil line from the tank to an oil port on the block,...
Then pressurize the oil, pushing it through the block, into the base, while slowly turning the motor over by hand...
When the base has the required amount of oil in it,...

Light it... 'cause she's ready to Go..."
