which is better to have when repairing your own motor? i am tired of paying big bucks for jobs that take 15 min to fix. i have a 1966 18 hp evinrude. thanks

Please keep in mind that at times the tools needed are what makes a job only take 15 minutes to do.
Some tools are not so cheap for repairing outboards. The one you have on the other hand doesn't require very many special tools.

where's the best place to purchase specialized tools? I need one to adjust my idle (1999 Johnson 150).
