The MD11C in my boat came without a heat sensor. I have the manual and service guide which show where the send unit should go. The port is filled now with a hexagonal bolt. To find the right send unit is it as simple as finding ANY send unit with the same thread characteristics as that bolt or do I need to know more?? Once I have the right send unit is it a simple matter to wire up the guage and power. Ant help woud be very much appreciated - thanks Noel
